PJM Interconnection, LLC is seeking a Senior Lead Collateral Analyst to support the Manager of Collateral Management and Credit Sr. Director.

This role involves preparing analyses on collateral issues, supporting regulatory filings, and backing daily activities such as collateral calls and participant tracking. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience in energy/financial sectors, and collaboration across Risk, Treasury, and Client & Member Service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Energy or Financial industries.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and monitor Market Participant collateral daily for tariff and policy compliance.
• Issue collateral calls and process collateral returns as required.
• Monitor collateral adequacy and participant compliance, including outreach.
• Analyze collateral positions, exposures, and trends; prepare related reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Treasury, and other teams to address collateral policy impacts.
