PJM is seeking a Sr. (Lead) Collateral Analyst (II) in Audubon, PA with hybrid work arrangements. You will support the Collateral Management and Credit Sr. Director, performing analyses on collateral issues, tracking positions, and handling collateral calls.

Responsibilities include ensuring Tariff compliance, preparing reports, and advising on policy enhancements. Collaboration with Risk, Treasury, and Client & Member Service teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Experience in energy or financial industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate, and monitor collateral daily for Tariff compliance and PJM policies.
• Issue collateral calls and process collateral returns.
• Monitor collateral adequacy and participant compliance; conduct outreach.
• Analyze collateral positions, exposures, and trends; prepare reports.
• Draft and enhance collateral policies and procedures.
• Resolve collateral policy exceptions and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Treasury on cash collateral postings and reconciliations.
• Respond to member inquiries about collateral and credit requirements.
• Assist in processing new Market Participant credit applications.
• Collaborate with various teams to flag collateral default risks.
• Serve as subject matter expert for PJM's credit and collateral management application.
