Qualifications

• 15+ years of multi-line experience including high severity bodily injury claims.
• Litigation experience is required.
• Must be licensed as a Texas claims adjuster; other licenses a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle, negotiate and resolve third party CGL, auto BI and property damage claims.
• Conduct investigations and maintain customer and external party communications.
• Document files with key activities, statements, and coverage/contract interpretation.
• Work with outside defense counsel on litigation matters.
