Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Advisory Services team. This role targets experienced analysts, economists, statisticians, or evaluation professionals applying advanced quantitative methods to utility challenges.

Lead analytical workstreams, estimate program impacts, and translate findings into actionable insights for clients and project teams. RI is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact, expanding clean energy solutions and guiding utilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 2+ years.
• Econometric and statistical modeling experience.
• Experience with Stata, R, or Python for data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into compelling reports and client presentations.
• Excellent written and oral communication and client interface skills.
• Previous energy sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply economic and statistical tools for demand-side management analyses.
• Estimate program load impacts using experimental and quasi-experimental methods.
• Process and analyze large AMI data, billing, and survey data using Stata, R, or Python.
• Develop cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, or risk models for planning.
• Support survey design and analysis, including sampling plans.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and testimony for regulatory filings.
• Produce tables and visualizations and ensure deliverables quality.
• Contribute to proposals and business development.
• Other duties as assigned.
