Job summary

Nabors is seeking a Senior Endpoints Systems Administrator to manage and modernize the organization’s endpoint environment across a hybrid infrastructure. The role emphasizes secure, scalable device management using SCCM, Intune, Windows 11, and Autopilot provisioning.

You will drive endpoint security, automation, and a seamless user experience across corporate devices while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and helpdesk teams.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 lifecycle, patching, and compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of Autopilot provisioning and modern device management.
  • Experience with Group Policy (GPO) and transitioning to cloud-based policies.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Graph API for automation/reporting.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker, Crowdstrike, compliance policies).
  • Experience in co-managed environments (SCCM + Intune) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support endpoint environments using SCCM and Intune.
  • Oversee Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, including upgrades and patching.
  • Implement and maintain Autopilot provisioning for device onboarding.
  • Administer and optimize Group Policy (GPO) and cloud-based device configurations.
  • Ensure endpoint compliance with organizational security and patching standards.
  • Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
  • Deploy and manage enterprise applications across endpoints.
  • Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint policy, and deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and helpdesk and controls/automation teams.

Job Description

The Senior Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing and modernizing the organization's endpoint environment across a hybrid infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM & Intune), Windows 11, and modern provisioning methods such as Autopilot.

This position plays a key role in improving endpoint security, automating processes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across corporate devices.

Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management (enterprise environment)
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 lifecycle, patching, and compliance
  • Solid knowledge of Autopilot provisioning and modern device management

  • Exposure to macOS or mobile device management is a plus
