Job summary

Dexcom, Inc. is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to define and own the Windows and macOS endpoint strategy across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing environments.

You will design scalable, secure endpoint architectures using Intune, MECM, and Jamf and lead complex projects from planning to execution. You will mentor engineers, review scripts, and enforce standards while reducing risk through strong endpoint security and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, GitHub, Terraform, and

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 13+ years related experience or a Master's degree and 8+ years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on endpoint engineer with Windows and macOS expertise across corporate, R&D, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong automation and IaC experience with tooling such as GitHub, Terraform, and AWX.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical direction and standards for Windows and macOS endpoints across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing.
• Design scalable, secure endpoint architectures using Intune, MECM, and Jamf.
• Lead and manage complex endpoint projects from planning to execution.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R&D teams to meet compliance, validation, and audit requirements.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and best-practice alignment.
