You will mentor teammates, collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement using DevSecOps principles to ensure high-quality, reliable endpoint experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Unified/Autonomous Endpoint Management across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
• Experience with Chrome OS/Google Chrome administration and diverse devices
• Knowledge of VDI and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint strategy design, implementation and support across devices and platforms
• Leverage data and AI insights to optimize deployments and self-healing initiatives
• Provide expert operational support for endpoint environments (Workspace ONE, browser, AWS infra)
• Act as technical leader and mentor for colleagues
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive outcomes
• Apply DevSecOps practices to improve quality and reliability
• Assist in incident response and problem resolution to minimize disruptions
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge base documentation
