Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise-class applications.
• Strong knowledge of scalable web apps, accessibility, internationalization, and instrumentation.
• Experience with web/mobile cross-browser constraints.
• Strong algorithms and design pattern knowledge.
• Proficiency with JavaScript architecture and testing.
• Proficiency in Java (mid-tier language).
• Experience with test automation (TDD, unit/integration/functional).
• Relational database design and implementation experience.
• Interest in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices and container tech (Kubernetes, Mesos).
• Experience with databases design and analytics.
• Experience with cloud computing and deploying apps/services to cloud.
• Proficient in building or integrating AI models (LLM prompting, AutoML).
• Ability to lead AI integration and coach juniors.

Responsibilities

• Launch AI integrations in production and measure their impact on performance and user satisfaction.
