Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. seeks a skilled Client Platform Engineer to join the global End User Computing team.

This role focuses on implementing and standardizing endpoint solutions across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, and Windows 11, working with Intune and Jamf to deliver secure, reliable user experiences. You will manage provisioning, device enrollment, and fleet configuration, while collaborating with IAM, SRE, and MSP partners to automate operations and maintain compliance with CIS, PCI DSS, and NIST

Qualifications

• 5+ years in endpoint engineering or support across enterprise client platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune including compliance, configuration, deployment, reporting, and troubleshooting across Windows 11 and Android.
• Experience supporting hybrid Windows environments during transition to cloud/Entra ID-based management.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and maintain endpoint management across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, and Windows 11 using Intune and Jamf.
• Design and operate modern provisioning approaches including Zero Touch provisioning (Windows Autopilot, ADE, Android enrollment).
• Administer Jamf and Intune for fleet management, configuration profiles, inventory, and policy automation.
• Ensure device compliance with CIS, PCI DSS, and NIST frameworks.
• Collaborate with IAM and M365 teams on Entra ID and endpoint access.
