Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Endpoint Operations Admin III for a hybrid role across Columbus, Cincinnati, or Wilmington. On-site three days a week with remote options on Mon and Fri, you will design and implement modern desktop management using SCCM, Intune, and MECM, while aligning with security standards and enterprise architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience administering Endpoint Management systems.
• Experience with desktop architecture.
• SCCM, Intune, Entra, and AVD experience.
• Experience with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Design modern desktop and mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Windows 11, MECM/SCCM, and Intune.
• Develop and implement modern lifecycle practices for endpoints.
• Perform software/hardware testing and system integrity checks between hardware, security apps, OS and drivers.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues by examining performance, RAM and compatibility.
• Lead client sessions to gather business objectives and brainstorm with project teams.
• Prepare high-level implementation plans for desktop platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
