Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in an enterprise environment with 4+ years administering Microsoft Intune.
• Expertise with MEM technologies (Intune, Autopilot, Azure Arc, Azure AD).

Responsibilities

• Owns the monthly patch cycle for Windows and macOS endpoints and Windows Server.
• Designs and maintains deployment rings and coordinates test groups.
• Patches third-party apps via Intune or patch tool; manages firmware and drivers.
• Maintains SCCM/Intune co-management and cloud-native adoption.
• Automates operations with PowerShell and Graph; supports change management.
