Job summary

MAG Aerospace seeks a mid‑to‑senior Endpoint Engineer to manage and secure Windows and macOS devices in a Microsoft GCC High environment. You'll handle Intune enrollment, configurations, and compliance policies while collaborating with Cybersecurity on vulnerability remediation and patching strategies.

Roles include governance development, RMM tooling administration (NinjaOne), and enforcing endpoint security aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of endpoint administration and support experience (mid‑to‑senior).
• Hands‑on with Microsoft Intune for Windows/macOS management.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation workflows.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS at admin level.
• Experience with compliance policies and endpoint security enforcement.
• Experience with NinjaOne or similar RMM tools and scripting.
• Experience using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow for ticketing/workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a Microsoft GCC High environment.
• Manage and configure Microsoft Intune deployments and compliance policies.
• Collaborate on vulnerability management activities and remediation reporting.
• Manage patch lifecycle for Windows and macOS devices.
• Develop endpoint governance and hardening baselines.
• Administer and support RMM tools for monitoring and automation.
• Enforce endpoint security policies and alignment with standards.
