The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, 5+ years of related experience, and strong communication skills. Expertise with SCCM/Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Nerdio, and ServiceNow is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems or computer science.
• Minimum 5+ years of related enterprise IT experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for strategy articulation.
• Broad knowledge across web, database, data center, network, and workforce computing technologies.
• Deep understanding of modern endpoint management ecosystems (SCCM, Intune) and automation frameworks.
• Proven understanding of cloud technologies available.
• Experience modernizing legacy code and automations with SQL, Visual Studio, and GitHub.
• Experience with cloud-based virtual desktops (Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix, Nerdio) and ITSM processes (ServiceNow).
• Strong planning orientation and ability to influence diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Enterprise Technology’s Desktop Technology Strategy and align strategic goals with business value.
• Provide direction for vendor desktop strategy and ensure cohesive technologies.
• Offer hands-on expertise to current desktop systems.
• Participate in strategic and operational planning with GTS service owners and staff.
• Consult on operational processes to maintain strategic alignment and minimize customer impact.
• Advise architecture teams on strategic technologies and design.
• Challenge status quo to bring more value through internal/external solutions.
• Research IT projects; assess technologies and services for performance management.
