Job summary

The CAS is looking for a Level 3 Desktop Engineer based in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance for workstation systems and support a multiplatform enterprise environment, focusing on endpoint engineering and automation.

Qualifications include over 5 years of experience in desktop engineering, a Bachelor's degree in IT, and advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS management. The role also offers compensation between $110,000-115,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or endpoint administration in a mid-to-large enterprise.
• Strong experience designing and operating enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of macOS enterprise support and management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain endpoint management policies for Windows and macOS.
• Act as a senior technical resource for endpoint management platforms.
• Build and maintain automation using endpoint platforms and scripting.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for issues from Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
