Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Endpoint Administrator to lead security, scalability, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoints across Windows and macOS. You will own governance, automation, deployment, patching, and AI-enabled optimization in a highly regulated 503A/503B environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise administering Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Windows 10/11, macOS, Autopilot and enterprise device lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: administer and optimize enterprise endpoint platforms across Windows and macOS, including Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager and Autopilot.
• Device Lifecycle: end-to-end device lifecycle processes from provisioning to retirement with automation.
• Application Delivery: manage packaging, deployment, updates and retirement across endpoints.
