Job summary

Cencora is seeking a highly experienced Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and optimize endpoint management across a global organization. The role focuses on Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Intune policies to support tens of thousands of users and devices.

Responsibilities include migrating on-premises policies to cloud-based solutions, integrating with MECM, Intune, Jamf, and NinjaOne, and leveraging Microsoft Graph API for automation.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, focusing on Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune for endpoints and users.
• Experience managing endpoint platforms (MECM, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, and similar tools).
• Proven ability to migrate on-premises policies to cloud-based solutions (Intune) and prepare for Microsoft Entra migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud-native technologies and Graph API for automation and management.
• Excellent troubleshooting across multiple platforms and operating systems.
• Experience in large global organizations with tens of thousands of users and endpoints.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Group Policies for endpoints and users across a global organization.
• Develop and optimize Intune policies aligned with objectives and compliance standards.
• Lead transition of on-premise policies to cloud-based solutions, including Microsoft Intune, and prepare for Entra migrations.
• Harmonize business requirements with endpoint policies to balance usability and security.
• Ensure endpoint policies are scalable for a large, global environment.
