Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to lead end-to-end design and optimization of endpoint strategies across a global environment. The role focuses on AD, GPO, and Intune policy engineering to support end-users and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will drive cloud-based policy transitions, leverage Graph API for automation, and collaborate with security teams to ensure policy alignment with CIS benchmarks. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in endpoint engineering.
• Proven expertise with MECM, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne and related tools.
• Experience transitioning on-premises policies to cloud-based solutions, especially Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud-native technologies (Graph API, Azure AD) for endpoint management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Group Policies to support endpoint/user requirements globally.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Intune policies aligned with security and usability goals.
• Lead migration of on-prem policies to cloud-based solutions including Microsoft Intune and Entra planning.
• Harmonize business requirements with endpoint policies to balance usability and security.
• Ensure endpoint policies scale for tens of thousands of users and devices.
