Cencora is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and optimize endpoint policies across a global environment. Focus areas include Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune policy engineering to support thousands of users and devices.

The role requires hands-on expertise with MECM, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, and cloud-native Microsoft technologies. Collaboration with security and infrastructure teams is essential to balance usability with security goals.

Competenze

• 20+ years of endpoint engineering experience focused on Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune policies.
• Proven expertise with MECM, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, and similar tools.
• Experience migrating on-prem policies to cloud-based Intune and preparing for Entra migrations.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud-native technologies including Graph API and Azure AD for endpoint management and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Experience navigating large global organizations with tens of thousands of users and endpoints.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong collaboration with infrastructure, security, and business teams.

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Group Policies for global endpoints.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Intune policies aligned with objectives and compliance.
• Lead transitions of on-premises policies to cloud-based solutions including Microsoft Intune.
• Harmonize business requirements with endpoint policies balancing usability and security.
• Ensure endpoint policies are scalable for tens of thousands of users and endpoints.
• Manage MECM, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne and cloud-native technologies for endpoint management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application owners, and security teams to meet organizational needs.
• Provide endpoint hardening guidance aligning with CIS Levels 1 & 2.
• Mentor junior engineers and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive strategic endpoint management initiatives aligned with company goals.
