Job summary

Woods Bagot is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist focused on Endpoint & Operations to manage Windows and Mac endpoints, modern workplace technologies, and cloud infrastructure for North American and UK studios. The role collaborates with a distributed team and reports to a senior leader in Melbourne.

The candidate will drive automation, improve operational coverage outside Australian hours, and contribute to security and AI-assisted operational capabilities across global studios.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows and Mac endpoint environments.
• Cloud and on-premises infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency with Intune, Autopilot and MECM for app deployment and updates.
• Familiarity with Jamf for macOS management.
• Experience with security controls and identity/access management.
• Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python).

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve endpoint management platforms for Windows and Mac.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, compliance, deployment, patching, automation.
• Develop endpoint standards, policies and runbooks.
• Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure and security controls.
• Participate in incident response and project delivery.
