Koniag IT Systems, LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an End-User Services Lead to support our government client in Washington, DC. This role requires expert-level knowledge of enterprise desktop and end-user computing and the ability to manage a team delivering high-quality support.

The End-User Services Lead will act as the senior technical authority for desktop and field support, drive end-user computing engineering, and ensure responsive, professional technical assistance to

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on enterprise desktop support and end-user computing experience.
• Proven experience leading or supervising an end-user services or desktop support team.
• Experience in a Federal or large enterprise environment with security posture similar scale.
• Expert knowledge of Intune-based device management and Microsoft 365 end-user services.
• Familiarity with ITIL 4 service management practices.
• Ability to operate autonomously with delegated authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-user services team and set standards aligned with ITIL 4.
• Oversee Tier 2/3 desktop and field support across locations; ensure quick resolution.
• Drive end-user computing engineering, imaging, deployment, and automation.
• Serve as primary escalation bridge between Service Desk and field teams.
• Ensure strong customer experience and stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.
