Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an End-User Services Lead to support KITS and our government customer in Washington, DC. The role requires a Public Trust clearance and leadership of a distributed team delivering desktop and end-user computing support.

The candidate will manage the end-user services lifecycle, align with ITIL 4 standards, and coordinate with the NOC/Service Desk for seamless escalation and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on enterprise desktop and end-user computing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-user services team in delivering effective desktop and field support across CLIENT's enterprise environment.
