Leidos in Huntsville, AL, seeks a System Support Specialist to deliver end-user computing services for the NEST Contract at NASA MSFC. The role focuses on mobile, print, and computer services, with daily interaction to troubleshoot, advise, and fulfill user requests.

Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years in IT support, plus strong communication skills and experience with Windows and macOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting current versions of Windows operating system.
• Experience working with current versions of macOS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new services to customers, including mobile, print, and computer services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assigned customer issues.
• Interact daily with NASA customers to provide consultation and guidance on NEST services.
• Perform initial problem identification and troubleshooting of system issues, serving as a primary point of contact for NASA customers.
• Provide system support and guidance to assist customers with adjusting or obtaining services.
• Assist end users with hardware and software requests.
