Job summary

Edgewater Federal Solutions seeks a Senior End User Support Specialist to provide expert help across Windows, Mac, mobile devices, and classified systems at a major national laboratory in Albuquerque, NM. This on-site role requires an active DOE Q clearance and ability to obtain SCI clearance if needed.

You will install, troubleshoot, and train users; manage PCs, software upgrades, and network tasks while collaborating with the LAN Administrator and security teams to ensure reliable, secure IT

Qualifications

AA in Computer Science or related field; 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Provide support across Windows, Mac, mobile, and classified systems.
Monitor, install, and maintain PCs, laptops, software, and networks; diagnose user issues.
Install and upgrade PC software; train staff on usage.
Maintain logs and inventory; assist in platform administration.
Collaborate with LAN admin for server maintenance; knowledge of Novell, CISCO, UNIX.
Review systems for hardware needs in Linux/Classified environments; prepare reports.
Configure, operate, and maintain information systems; ensure security and continuity.
