You will oversee daily EUC operations, coordinate multiple MSPs to meet SLAs, drive modernization with automation, and ensure compliance with STIGs, NIST, and Zero Trust. Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of hands-on Windows endpoint support/management in an enterprise.
• 5+ years of iOS device management via MDM/EMM (Intune, MobileIron, Workspace ONE).
• Experience coordinating multiple MSPs and ensuring SLA/alignment and compliance.
• Industry certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CASP+, MS 365/Intune, or Apple ACSP/ACMT.
• Experience implementing or supporting CMMC Level 2/3 technical practices.
• Familiarity with DoD frameworks (DISA STIGs, NIST 800-171, Zero Trust).
• Experience with Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE for endpoint management.
• Knowledge of automated deployment, scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
• Background in federal contracting or DoD programs.
• Ability to lead cross-team projects across cybersecurity, infra, and MSPs.
• Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Ability to produce accurate documentation and SOPs for audits.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Windows endpoints, including imaging, patching, and hardening.
• Manage iOS devices using enterprise MDM/EMM platforms, ensuring secure enrollment and governance.
• Lead coordination of multiple MSPs to meet SLAs and ensure security standard adherence.
• Implement EUC practices aligned with CMMC Level 2, Zero Trust, and DoD frameworks.
• Ensure STIGs/NIST compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee endpoint technologies like Intune, AD, Group Policy, and encryption.
• Maintain SOPs, asset inventories, and compliance documentation for audits.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business units for secure operations.
• Drive modernization and automation opportunities in EUC and MSP environments.
• Act as escalation lead for complex EUC incidents and coordinate root-cause analysis.
