Job summary

CareSource seeks a Manager, Information Technology- Encounters IT to lead modernization and cloud adoption across encounter processing platforms. You will guide a cross-functional team, drive architectural best practices, and ensure compliant, scalable data exchange with EDI and submission systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading IT teams and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap for Encounters IT.
• Lead cloud adoption (Azure/AWS), microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture initiatives.
• Drive legacy modernization and platform transformation with automation and re-platforming.
• Provide architectural oversight for encounter ingestion, processing, and downstream consumption.
• Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Own end-to-end encounter processing lifecycle from intake to submission.
