Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document business data, run SQL queries, and produce reports supporting encounter data insights across healthcare processes.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of analytics experience, with strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Eligible for CVS Health bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

1+ year of relevant programming or analytical experience, including writing complex SQL queries.
Experience in a data warehouse environment with large data sets from multiple sources.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to present to varied audiences.
Healthcare claims/encounters experience.

Responsibilities

Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis and trend identification.
Identify system enhancements to support strategic goals and implement modifications.
Assist in development and prioritization of system updates; execute test scripts and report outcomes.
Write/modify queries, perform root cause analysis, and implement short- and long-term solutions.
Manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Establish relationships with internal and external partners.
