Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Enclosure Manager to guide building enclosure strategies from project development through delivery on Mid-Atlantic sites. You will serve as an in-house enclosure expert, coordinating with Owners, design teams, and field staff to ensure robust, code-compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of construction or building enclosure consulting experience.
• Proficient in reviewing early contract documents and shop drawings for constructability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house enclosure-focused subject matter expert supporting projects in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Perform constructability reviews and coordinate with Owners and Design Teams.
• Lead shop drawing reviews and generate RFIs; revise drawings as needed.
• Conduct field visits, QA testing, and coordinate enclosure testing and inspections.
• Mentor junior staff and develop formal training modules on enclosure performance.
• Recruit top industry talent and support corporate trainings.
