Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Enablon Environmental / AQS and Metrics Implementation Consultant to support our Digital Solutions Team in Houston, TX. The role involves configuring Enablon solutions, leading projects, and collaborating with clients and subcontractors to meet project goals.

The successful candidate will bring expert Enablon experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage remote/global teams while delivering high-quality configurations and documentation for complex data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Expert-level experience with Enablon AQS and Metrics applications.
• 5+ years of experience as a project lead on multiple Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics implementations.
• Consent to a full criminal background check for government projects.
• Experience directing and supporting remote and global teams, including mentoring staff.
• Strong analytical mindset and judgment for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to obtain technical details for configuration.
• Interpret compliance requirements to develop configuration specifications.
• Configure software per design specifications and verify through testing.
• Develop documentation, test scripts, and training materials for users and project teams.
• Extract, transform, and load data between systems; support UAT and rollout.
• Lead and manage internal and external relationships to ensure delivery.
