Job summary

C4 Technical Services, a Minneapolis-based technology consultancy, seeks an experienced training leader to bring a proven curriculum into rooms of executives and professionals, helping them apply AI in their workflows.

You will own client relationships, shape curriculum evolution, and expand adoption and change-management efforts across deployments, traveling regionally to client sites.

The role requires five+ years of corporate training experience and hands-on Copilot know-how.

The opportunity

C4 Technical Services helps organizations put AI to work. Our training practice has delivered more than 80 sessions to over 1,500 people across 18 organizations, with a post-session NPS of 81.

In this role you take a proven curriculum into rooms full of executives, finance teams, HR, marketing, and IT, and you get people using AI inside their own environment on their own work. You will own client relationships, shape how the curriculum evolves, and grow into the adoption and change-management work that determines whether a rollout actually sticks.

What you will accomplish

In your first 30 days, you learn our curriculum as a participant, observe live client sessions, and co-deliver your first module with the practice lead in the room.

By day 60, you independently deliver your first full Microsoft 365 Copilot session to a client team, with every live demonstration rehearsed in that client's own environment and a documented contingency for each one.

By day 90, you are delivering to 3-4 client teams per month and holding post-session feedback at or above our current practice average.

In your first six months, you own 5+ training accounts end to end, from pre-session discovery through the materials clients keep afterward. You tailor the curriculum into at least three industries or business functions new to us, and the role-specific examples you build become part of what the practice reuses.

By the end of your first year, you have run the adoption program for at least one enterprise deployment, including communications, champion enablement, and office hours, and you can report the change in usage it produced.

Throughout, you are the person clients call between sessions, and you keep engagement milestones and client satisfaction visible across every active training account.

Background and experience

Five or more years delivering training to corporate or professional adult audiences. Workshop, classroom, or workplace enablement delivered to working professionals.

One or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. You can explain what the tool does well, where it fails, and why.

Facilitation across group sizes, from small teams to audiences of one hundred or more, both in person and virtual.

Live software demonstrations in a client or production environment, including the contingencies you prepare in advance and how you diagnose a failure while the room is watching.

Support of an enterprise technology deployment in adoption, communications, training, or change management, on a rollout that reached an entire department or organization.

Ownership of project outcomes, including the ones that did not go as planned.

Strong written communication. A significant portion of this role produces material other people learn from.

Ability to travel to client sites in the Twin Cities metro and regionally.
