State of Washington’s WorkSource Everett office seeks a dynamic professional to deliver comprehensive employment and training services. The role focuses on individualized plans, deep client engagement, and facilitating access to resources to help job seekers achieve sustainable employment.

Ideal candidates will manage complex caseloads, collaborate with employers and partners, and lead workshops while ensuring program compliance and customer success.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering customer-centered employment and training services.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and set realistic goals.
• Experience managing caseloads and coordinating services with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develops individualized service strategies based on needs assessment and assists customers in establishing self-sufficiency goals and developing and managing service plans to attain those goals.
• Conducts individual interviews to articulate program services and activities; identifies components such as individualized and training services, applicable to customer need.
• Manage caseload; provide case management; facilitate appropriate support services and/or make referrals; identify and evaluate barriers and explore solutions to assist in removing barriers.
