Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school.
• 9+ years of employment litigation experience with first-chair oversight.
• Current WI Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associates and paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits in employment-related matters and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court/arbitration, agencies, and mediations, including class/collective actions.
• Class Action experience preferred but not required.
