Hire Consulting Services seeks an experienced Senior Counsel to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in California. This hybrid role spans Los Angeles and Irvine, offering high-exposure matters for employers and public entities, with significant client interaction and courtroom opportunities.

The candidate must hold a JD from an accredited law school, be actively admitted to the California Bar, and possess substantial employment-litigation experience representing employers.

Formación

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Significant background in labor and employment litigation representing employers.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation through all phases of the case lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of 10–20 employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Investigate claims and develop case-handling strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and responses for CA state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions and conduct hearings and trials.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys.
