Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Portsmouth, NH seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel to defend and litigate employment-related claims and provide strategic advice to employers.

The role involves handling lawsuits, advising and training employers on labor law, representing them in court and during mediations, and supervising associates and paralegals; first-chair experience preferred.

A JD from an accredited law school with NH Bar admission and 9+ years in employment litigation is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair case management.
• Current NH Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associates and paralegals.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
• Handle mediations in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination cases.
