The Opportunity:

We seek an experienced senior employment litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate has 6+ years’ litigation experience, with expertise in California employment law. The role is hybrid.

Responsibilities include all aspects of employment law litigation defense: drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, analyzing responses, contributing to strategy from case start to finish, depositions, negotiations, legal research and writing, and representing clients before courts and agencies.

Skills and Experience:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 6+ years’ employment law litigation experience in CA
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to escalate issues and problem solve
• Ownership of your role
• Tech-savvy
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance
