Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience representing employers in state and federal disputes.
• Strong experience with depositions and discovery management.
• Experience handling dispositive motions and employment counseling.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and litigation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in state and federal employment litigation matters across a range of claims.
• Manage cases through all stages: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, and other filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
• Advise employers on employment-law compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups; participate in business development and client relations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development.
