• Active New York Bar admission required; additional bar admissions a plus.
• Experience managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in hearings and mediations, and handling matters before courts and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Defend single-plaintiff employment lawsuits and administrative matters.
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and governmental agencies on litigation strategy.
