Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience
• Substantive wage and hour and/or discrimination/harassment experience
• Class/collective action and/or PAGA experience
• Deposition experience
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
