Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an Employment Litigation Associate in Irvine, CA. The role requires 4–7 years of employment litigation experience and California Bar admission with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

You will handle wage/hour and discrimination matters within a national platform and interact directly with clients. The opportunity focuses on litigation across discovery, motions, depositions, and case strategy with increasing independence and client contact.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to the California Bar and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Substantive wage and hour and/or discrimination/harassment litigation experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills and the ability to manage matters with increasing independence.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in complex employment litigation across lifecycle of a case.
• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings; prepare and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions; contribute to strategic matter management.
• Communicate with clients and manage cases independently.
