Walker Bowen Talent Partners, a Baltimore-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Law partner to join and help lead the Employment Practice Group in Annapolis, MD. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active MD State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of employment law experience with a focus on litigation.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of EEOC and NLRB rules and regulations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
• Collaborate across practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Prepare and file court documents and exhibits for filings.
• Advise on employment contracts, severance agreements, and related documents.
• Lead and mentor team members and coordinate with colleagues across groups.
