Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners seeks a senior attorney to defend employers in complex California employment litigation and provide practical workplace counseling. You will manage matters independently, guide junior attorneys, and help grow client relationships.

You will defend against FEHA, Title VII, wage/hour, PAGA and class actions, manage cases through resolution, and advise on workforce management and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of post-JD experience handling California employer-side employment litigation.
• Active California Bar license and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Proven defense experience with FEHA, PAGA, wage and hour, and other complex employment claims.
• Experience appearing before EEOC, CRD, or DLSE.
• Strong client counseling, case management, associate supervision, and business development skills, including a portable book of business.
• Employer-side practice background in a mid-size regional firm or employment boutique preferred.
• Must have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $225,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote role, with the primary location listed as California, United States. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Silicon Valley, Tri-Valley, or Peninsula area.
