BDO USA is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel to handle employment law matters, provide counsel and manage litigation, including transactional issues and restrictive covenants. The role requires a JD and extensive employment law experience.
The position involves advising HR and management, negotiating with opposing parties, and coordinating with outside counsel. A strong background in federal and state employment laws is essential.
The Assistant General Counsel is responsible for handling employment law and related legal matters. In particular, this role will provide counsel, representation and litigation management in connection with employment law matters, including related transactional matters, including but not limited to restrictive covenant matters, and miscellaneous other legal matters.

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $275,000 - $330,000
Maryland Range: $275,000 - $330,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $275,000 - $330,000
