• Requires JD and active state bar membership.
• Significant experience in employment litigation and employee relations counseling.
• Experience advising senior executives and HR leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on employment lifecycle issues including hiring, compensation, performance management, leaves, discipline, and restrictive covenants.
• Lead internal investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct and ethics concerns.
• Manage employment-related litigation and agency charges; oversee outside counsel and budgets.
