Qualificações

• 7+ years of employment law experience including litigation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience advising organizations on employment-related legal risk and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal counsel on employment and labor relations matters.
• Manage employment-related litigation, government investigations and regulatory matters.
• Lead internal investigations and coordinate with outside counsel on litigation strategy.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements and related legal documents.
• Support physicians and healthcare professionals with employment law guidance.
• Develop and deliver training on employment law and regulatory compliance.
