Formación

• JD required and admitted to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
• 10+ years providing legal support and strategic advice to financial institutions or regulated industries.
• 8+ years of California employment law and litigation defense preferred.
• Broad knowledge of corporate law areas including compliance and real estate lending.
• Must comply with financial services regulations and bank policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on employment law and related matters.
• Identify and communicate potential legal issues and mitigate risk.
• Advise HR on employee relations matters and oversee related litigation.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and act as counsel of record when applicable.
• Develop and update employment policies and procedures.
