Job summary

HackerOne seeks a Senior Counsel to lead Employment, Litigation and Compliance. You will own global labor matters, assist with investigations, and align policy with business goals. This hands-on role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and drives risk-aware, AI-enabled legal solutions.

You will shape governance, ethics, and workforce policies while partnering with executives to support growth and protect the enterprise across regions.

Qualifications

J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with bar admission in good standing.
7+ years of legal experience advising on global labor, compliance, and employee relations.
Experience managing complex litigation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional advisory work.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor on U.S. and global labor and employment matters, including hiring, compensation, benefits, leave, accommodations.
Advise on sensitive employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, terminations, and related matters.
Coordinate with Commercial, Product, and Revenue teams to advise on platform and marketplace legal risk.
