BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Attorney for the Employment Class Action department in Irvine, CA. You will advocate for clients in misclassification, overtime wage violations, and other worker rights cases, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and developing cases for favorable resolutions.

Ideal candidates hold a JD and are California-licensed, with 5+ years in Employment Class Action and strong analytical, research, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
At least 5 years of experience in Employment Class Action.
Superior analytical and legal research skills.
Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate effectively.
Adaptable with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
Take and defend depositions.
Develop arguments and represent clients in wage and hour matters.
