BCG Attorney Search in Irvine, CA seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Wage & Hour Class Actions and PAGA. You will join a dynamic employment litigation team handling complex matters against major corporations while developing strategic writing and advocacy skills under direct mentorship.

The role offers increasing responsibility in high-stakes litigation, with opportunities to draft pleadings, take depositions, and participate in hearings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ Wage & Hour, PAGA, or Class Action experience.
• Active California State Bar in good standing.
• Strong litigation, research, and analytical abilities.
• Persuasive written and oral advocacy.
• Sound judgment and ability to navigate complex situations.
• Experience in depositions, mediations, or motions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of Wage & Hour Class Action and PAGA matters with senior attorney support.
• Develop case strategies for California state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings and mediations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve cases.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments.
• Contribute to trial preparation and critical litigation phases.
