Qualifikationen

• At least a Bachelor's degree; Life/Health license or CEBS is a plus.
• Experience in managing fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded groups.
• Open Enrollment and renewal experience required and preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide service delivery to a block of more complex clients.
• Resolve complex customer service problems directly.
• Act as dedicated resource for assigned accounts with direct client contact
• Build relationships with employer/group clients and serve as primary contact for service delivery
• Coordinate with other functions to implement client systems and complete projects
• Lead on renewals; prepare renewal information and present CBIZ solution
• Oversee new client set-up, renewals, and open enrollment meetings
• Discuss legislation and market trends with clients
• Generate client interest in additional lines of coverage
• Coach and assist less tenured client services staff
