Job summary

CBIZ, Inc. is seeking a client services professional to provide service delivery for a block of more complex insurance clients.

You will be the outward-facing resource with direct client contact, building strong relationships with employer groups and coordinating with internal teams to address ongoing service needs. The role includes leading renewals, presenting CBIZ solutions, and overseeing new client setup and open enrollment meetings, while staying informed on legislation and market trends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Travel as required by client/business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery to a block of more complex clients and resolve the most complex customer service problems.
• Act as the dedicated resource for assigned accounts with direct client contact.
• Build relationships with employer/group clients and serve as the primary contact for service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement client systems and address ongoing needs.
• Lead renewals and present CBIZ solutions; prepare renewal information.
• Oversee new client setup, renewals, and open enrollment meetings.
• Discuss legislation and market trends with clients; identify opportunities for additional lines of coverage.
