Job summary

Open enrollment experience and knowledge of fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded groups are highly valued. A Life/Health license and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License is required/certification preferred.
• Open Enrollment and renewal experience is required.
• Experience managing fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded groups.
• Proficiency with Employee Navigator and other benefits tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery to a block of more complex clients with direct client contact.
• Resolve complex customer service problems directly and escalate when needed.
• Act as outward-facing resource for assigned accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead renewals, prepare renewal information, and present CBIZ solutions.
• Oversee new client setup, renewals, and open enrollment meetings.
• Build relationships with employer/group clients and maintain data integrity.
